WebSpectrum at first said it was a signal issue on the line, fixed it then said it was the modem after testing it. Now I have a spectrum modem and have not had any issues. S33 had all normal levels, just kept having T4 time outs every 2-5 minutes. I tried all the tech support options from Arris, waiting on arris tech support for the warranty claim.
